  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing invoices and payments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable processes, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
