- Invoicing – Outright & Consignment accounts
- Reconciliation – AR, Sales, Stock Inventory, Credit Card Payments
- Preparation and submitting BIR compliance – 1601e, 1601c, 2550m, 2550q, 1702q, 2307, Vat Relief
- Submit Statement of Account to customers
- Bank Reconciliation – BPI, BDO, Union Bank, Wealth bank, Security Bank, E-Payments, China Bank
- Prepare and filing documents – APV, DV, GL, DMCM, PCV
- Monitoring monthly government payments – Business permit, SSS, Phil health, Pag-ibig, BIR
- Monitoring daily sales deposit, cashflow
- Prepares and distribute payslip
- Preparation and computation of incentive or commission
- Other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
