- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely
- Generate statement of account for clients
- Perform regular reconciliation between AR sub-ledger ang general ledger balance
- Monitor outstanding balances and update the AR aging report regularly
- Visit and interact with clients regarding billing and collection concerns
- Coordinate with the Sales or Operations department regarding compilations of documents
