  • Printing of IDR.
  • Update and monitoring of unreturned Invoices.
  • Tracking of courier reference
  • Receiving items delivered in QB once actual deliveries are validated by warehouse.
  • GR monitoring.
  • Provide support to AR Team.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance management or any related business courses.
  • Self-motivated and able to plan activities.
  • Excellence in Analytical skills and quick-witted.
  • Ability to interpret analytical data that requires to record the data.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision with excellent attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good in communications skills, both oral and written.
