Description
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
- Maintain and develop client relationships for repeat sales.
- Track sales performance and report to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Management, Sales Support, Outside Sales, and Sales Training.
- Working Conditions: Primarily fieldwork with occasional office responsibilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a proactive attitude.
