Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 4 years of experience in end-to-end AP processing and customer service, particularly in email management. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and is proficient in handling invoice processing, vendor management, and issue resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies via email and other communication
  • channels.
  • • Monitor and respond to high-volume AP email correspondence in a timely and professional
  • manner.
  • • Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances or payment discrepancies.
  • • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial controls.
  • • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues efficiently.
  • • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP opera ons.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end accounts payable transact approvals, and payments
  • • Strong customer service experience, particularly in email management.
  • • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and AS400) and MS Excel.
  • • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for professional correspondence.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve AP issues effectively.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
