Description

  • Calendar Management: Manage schedules for [Supervisor Title] and other team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, faxes, and phone calls.
  • File Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Office Administration: Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and handling mail.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support for departmental projects, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.


Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as other relevant software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
