About EastCloud Inc.

Our company, established in March 2024, is a startup venture located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, currently in its second term.

Founded on the philosophy of "enabling every challenge through simple and essential innovation," we operate three main business segments:

'Consulting & Development', 'SaaS & Package', and 'SE School'.

Currently, we have about 30 employees.

Our team is composed mainly of individuals in their 20s and 30s, who have diverse experiences ranging from engineering to consulting in the IT field.

We are currently seeking members to drive the business of the 'SE School'.

We welcome both those with experience in business promotion as well as those without prior experience.

About the 'SE School Business'

Based on our own experiences of lacking financial resources, we provide an environment for learning without incurring costs,

and operate a programming school (Work Ready) that enables motivated individuals to aspire to become engineers quickly and almost for free.

We focus on languages directly linked to market needs, such as Java and Python, and offer a fully online program.

Our service supports the acquisition of engineering skills over approximately four months, from learning to job assignment (career change).

With numerous engineering schools available now, the demand is for truly high-quality services to be recognized and expanded appropriately.

This job posting seeks individuals who can work together on the above mission as sales promotion members!

Job Responsibilities

■ You will be responsible for promoting our programming school 'Work Ready', one of our business initiatives.

Specifically, your duties will include:

- Advertising marketing, SNS marketing, and branding strategy planning & execution

- Managing school instructors

- Business improvement and promotion for the school

- Budget management, etc.

Since you will work closely with the representatives and the entire department,

you will be in an environment where questions and challenges can be clarified as they arise.

Currently, we mainly work remotely (with in-office meetings twice a month),

and due to the limited in-person interactions, vibrant and active communication is prevalent.

This position is intended for you to join us as a founding member,

with the eventual goal of taking on leadership or management roles within the department.

While our company is still in the developmental stage,
