- Prepares and processes payments for telecom, rentals, supplies, and services on time using the accounting system.
- Oversees centralized mail operations and coordinates with couriers to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
- Assists in preparing purchase requisitions and coordinates with Procurement for specs, costing, and delivery.
- Acts as alternate for meeting room reservations, setups, and special requests.
- Manages storage, issuance, inventory, and replenishment of office and consumable supplies.
- Supports motor pool dispatch, fleet card program, asset tagging, records management, budgeting, and housekeeping logistics.
- Handles other tasks related to general administration and Safety & Security unit.
