Description

  • Managing and digitizing important documents (file archives, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Creating daily/weekly administrative reports
  • Handling email communications and updating internal data
  • Organizing schedules, reminders, and other administrative operational needs
  • Collaborating with other teams online to ensure the smooth operation of activities

Requirements

  1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any field (preferably in Office Administration or similar)
  2. Experience in administration is an advantage
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  4. Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently
  5. Communicative and responsible
  6. Must have a laptop/computer and stable internet connection
  7. Willing to work according to targets and scheduled times, even from home
