Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage communication, schedule appointments, and organize files.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and staff inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, effective time management, and accurate data entry.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours with potential for remote work options.
