Digital Bakery is hiring an Admin & Business Support Specialist to join our team.

Our client, a fast-growing industrial cleaning services company, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to support their day-to-day operations.

As an Admin & Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative functions and providing essential support across various departments. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, reviewing data for accuracy and integrity, assisting in the preparation of invoices, generating reports, and supporting a range of other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Accurately enter data into company systems and databases, ensuring timely and correct input.
  • Support in preparation of invoices for clients and suppliers, ensuring all details are accurate and in line with company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other business documents as required.
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure timely invoicing and data reconciliation.
  • Maintain and organize electronic files and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling emails, scheduling, and other office tasks.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with records.
  • Monitor and manage timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Serve as the team lead, currently overseeing one other team member.


Requirements:

  • A relevant college degree (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, or related field).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, modify, and analyze data in spreadsheets.
  • Experience or proven ability to manage a small team
  • Strong communication skills and being proactive with our client is critical to success
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong solution-oriented mindset
  • Being Well organized and able complete multiple different tasks simultaneously in a timely manner by prioritizing adequately.
  • being comfortable with a set of tasks of which some will have a lot of variety and some will be rather repetitive in nature will be key
  • Preferably Experience in data entry, invoicing, or administrative support roles,
  • Experience in BPO industry is a major plus
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
