Provide end-to-end administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of internal and external documents.
Serve as a simultaneous interpreter and written translator across English, Tagalog, and Mandarin, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all business communications and meetings.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders across various industries and geographies.
Represent the executive professionally in verbal and written communication with both local and international counterparts.
Accompany the executive to business functions as required, assisting with interpretation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials to support informed decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters related to the executive.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of executive-level support experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
Full professional fluency in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin, with proven translation and interpretation skills.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple business contexts and cultural settings.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
