Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Track, document, and summarize company sales and expenses
  • Handle billing, client invoicing, and accounts payable
  • Coordinate permits and government-related compliance requirements
  • Manage supplier coordination and oversee general office upkeep
  • Assist with inbound calls and route them to the appropriate contacts


Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
  • Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
