Description

  • Managing customer order products
  • Managing merchant partner orders
  • Communicating effectively with the team
  • Managing orders through the work website
  • Updating reports on completed and pending orders
  • Performing work digitally, meticulously, and responsibly
  • Entering, updating, and managing data in the online database system.
  • Operating web-based management information systems (MIS) or specific applications.
  • Ensuring all processes adhere to applicable policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Minimum educational background of a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Able to manage data and documents systematically
  • Communicative (both verbal and written)
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to work both in a team and individually
  • Experience in administrative positions is preferred
