  • Communication: Answering phones, taking and delivering messages, and managing emails. 
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events. 
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering data into spreadsheets or databases, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • General Office Support: Welcoming visitors, preparing presentations, and ensuring the office is organized and functional. 
  • Other Duties: May include assisting with travel arrangements, processing invoices, or handling other tasks as assigned. 


  • Graduate of any 4yrs course
  • Good software skills (esp. in excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferably with background in the said position
