Job Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree holder in accounting, business management, or any similar field.

·       Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.

·       Good written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask.

·       Willing to work in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

Job Description:

  • Process and organize product transfer records and expense documents on a regular schedule.

  • Submit data and reports for review and approval by supervisors.

  • Communicate with internal sales teams to provide transfer details and business updates.

  • Maintain and update internal databases and master files to ensure accurate information tracking.

  • Prepare monthly summaries and reports using accounting software.

  • Collect and compile discount data for senior citizens and persons with disabilities for proper documentation.

  • Support sales and marketing teams by providing relevant data, such as top-prescribing doctors and key branch information.

  • Monitor vehicle registration and insurance renewals for company vehicles.

  • Track performance metrics of partner drugstores and compile relevant internal reports.

  • Assist with various administrative and accounting tasks, including compliance-related activities.
