Qualifications

●Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Marketing / Communications or other-related field of

studies preferred.

● 1+ year of relevant work experience in Public Relations or Advertising.

● Proficiency in MS Tools, Google Apps and Canva

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Primarily responsible for managing client portfolios and managing multiple channel PR campaigns and programs based on set campaign plans, timelines, budgets and service levels. Job Description

PR Story

● Review headlines, content and post mortem assess prior to their release to clients.

● Closely work with the PR Manager for PR story progress. PR Kit Seeding

● Oversee the concept, production and deployment and post mortem assessment of

PR Kit Seedings.

● Coordinate with the purchasing and operations team for the creation of PR kits and other logistical concerns for our Key Opinion Leaders and clients.

PR Events

● Oversee concept, production and execution and post mortem assessment of PR Events. ● Coordinate with third party supplier and PR team on PR Events

● Oversee the costing, negotiation and contracts with third party suppliers.

KOL Activation and Community Integration

● Review lists, budget and post mortem assessment of all KOL activations.

PR Monitoring and Reporting

● Review quality and accuracy of reports and ensure timely communication of such with the clients.

Reports and Files Maintained:

● Reports: KOL Reports, Post-seeding Reports, Coverage Reports

● Files: Client briefs, PR plans, PR articles, Product photos, Brand logos, Brand pantone, Content plan, List of KOLs, CEs Others

● Oversee team deliverables and mentor interns.

● Fully participate in brainstorming sessions by sharing creative and innovative ideas

● Ensure all work is completed within allotted budget and agreed timeline.
