Identify and secure new site locations for telecommunications/Billboards projects.
Conduct land surveys and assess potential sites for viability.
Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landowners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Job Title: Site Acquisition Officer
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in site acquisition or advertising.
Skills and Competencies: Strong activity planning, advertising planning, and project management skills; proficient in marketing and advertising functions, particularly with OOH billboards.
Responsibilities and Duties: Identify potential sites, negotiate leases, manage advertising projects, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may involve fieldwork.
