Salary Package:

RM2500 Basic + Performance Incentive


Location:

Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.


Working hours:

9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Friday)

9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
  • Greet customers, assess service requirements, prepare accurate estimates, and promote additional services or maintenance products.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Document service records accurately, handle inquiries and complaints, and follow up on unsold services or customer concerns.
  • Oversee quality control of completed repairs, conduct final inspections, and manage vehicle handover.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including answering calls and processing payments.
  • Support overall operations with ad hoc duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • A diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service center).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Sales and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
