- Review and process cases by verifying tracking information and assessing supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the APAC Customer Support Team across regions to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document case outcomes and maintain accurate records
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
