Description
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in electrical wiring, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and familiarity with safety regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily indoors, some outdoor work; may require lifting heavy equipment and working in various temperature conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication ability, and a commitment to quality service.
