Description
- Install and repair air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC units.
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HVAC systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in commercial building maintenance and repairs.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
