Description
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Keep accurate service records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HVAC systems preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: TESDA certification as an Aircon Technician; troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Working Conditions: Often works in various environments, including residential and commercial settings; may require lifting heavy equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
