Location: Filinvest, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule: Full-time, shifting schedule

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in AC units.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and replacements.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities.

• At least NC II in RAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) or HVAC.
• Pleasing personality and physically fit.
• Good communication skills.
• With experience in hotel or facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed.
