- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Replace defective parts and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Test and calibrate system controls and thermostats.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and installations performed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
- Advise customers or management on system upgrades or energy-saving improvements.
