• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on all types of air conditioning units (window-type, split-type, floor-mounted, package units, and/or chillers).

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective HVAC systems and components (e.g., compressors, motors, fans, relays, electronic controls).

• Conduct installations and commissioning of new air conditioning units.

• Manage refrigerant handling, recovery, recycling, and recharging in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Prepare detailed service reports, including work performed, parts used, and system status.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and ensure minimal downtime of essential cooling systems.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and local regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School Graduate or completed a vocational course in HVAC/R.

• Mandatory: Possess a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC) Level II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing.

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience as an Aircon Technician.

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment.

• Proficient in using essential testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, clamp meter, pressure gauges).

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
