- 技術スタック知識：Python、Node.js、LangChain、TensorFlow/PyTorch、API統合
- クラウド＆デプロイ：AWS/GCP/Azure、Docker、サーバーレスファンクション
- AIツールの知識：OpenAI API、ElevenLabs、Whisper、Hugging Faceモデル
- データハンドリング：トレーニングパイプラインの設計、ベクターデータベース（Pinecone、Weaviate等）の管理
- スタートアップマインド：多岐にわたる業務を迅速にこなし、エンドツーエンドのAIシステムを構築できる柔軟性
- ビジネス理解：FSM、SaaS、またはSMB向け自動化の経験があると尚可
