Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients to discuss various group benefits options, including Traditional Insured Plans, ASO, and Fully Pooled Plans. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling meetings between prospects and our sales representatives, ensuring a seamless introduction to our suite of services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Introduce prospects to the company’s group benefits offerings, including Traditional Insured Plans, ASO, and Fully Pooled Plans.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments between prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and engagement with prospects.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Must have a freelance experience for at least a year
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related customer service role.
- Familiarity with group insurance plans such as Traditional Insured Plans, ASO, and Fully Pooled Plans is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and emails simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools to track and manage leads is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
