Assists senior architects and designers by performing tasks like preparing architectural drawings, researching project details, and helping with client presentations, all while working under the supervision of a lead architect.
Assist in the preparation of scale drawings, details, and construction documents.
Provide sketches and other design element for conceptualization and documentation
Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
Communicate with contractors and other project stakeholders.
Prepares project coordination and construction management between other departments, management, consultants and contractors, and of various vertical and horizontal development;
Prepares design analysis, working drawings, calculations and specifications during design and construction process;
Compile and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and paperwork
Help with project scheduling and task management.

Registered Architect with demonstrable experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages
2-3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
