- Design and develop architectural solutions for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
- Create and present detailed architectural plans and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction processes and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and materials.v
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Prefrebly w/ License is an Advantage
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, CAD, SketchUp, and architectural design.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in designing, planning, and managing architectural projects.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with site visits required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative, strong communication skills, and team player.v
