We are looking for a Junior Architect with strong research capabilities and exceptional rendering skills. You will support the design and documentation processes of healthcare-related projects and work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Collaborate and report regularly to the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.
• Conduct thorough online academic research and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and support planning submission requirements.
• Assist in the development of performance specifications and Room Data Sheets (RDS).
• Prepare high-quality design renderings to support project presentations and client meetings.
• Ensure that all outputs meet the standards and expectations set by the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.

Software Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate technical competency and proficiency in the following tools

• Autodesk Revit (Advanced proficiency)
• Autodesk AutoCAD (Advanced proficiency)
• SketchUp
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Rendering Tools (proficiency in at least one):

• 3D Studio Max
• Lumion
• V-Ray
• Enscape
• Equivalent rendering software

Other tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• InDesign

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Arch)
• Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience
• Preferably with exposure to healthcare, institutional, or complex design projects

Key Attributes

• Strong skills in academic and design-related research
• Excellent graphic design and rendering abilities, particularly in 3D Studio Max and InDesign
• Highly proficient in Revit modeling and BIM documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
