Description
We are looking for a Junior Architect with strong research capabilities and exceptional rendering skills. You will support the design and documentation processes of healthcare-related projects and work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate and report regularly to the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.
- Conduct thorough online academic research and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants and support planning submission requirements.
- Assist in the development of performance specifications and Room Data Sheets (RDS).
- Prepare high-quality design renderings to support project presentations and client meetings.
- Ensure that all outputs meet the standards and expectations set by the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.
Software Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate technical competency and proficiency in the following tools
- Autodesk Revit (Advanced proficiency)
- Autodesk AutoCAD (Advanced proficiency)
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Rendering Tools (proficiency in at least one):
- 3D Studio Max
- Lumion
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Equivalent rendering software
Other tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Arch)
- Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience
- Preferably with exposure to healthcare, institutional, or complex design projects

- Strong skills in academic and design-related research
- Excellent graphic design and rendering abilities, particularly in 3D Studio Max and InDesign
- Highly proficient in Revit modeling and BIM documentation standards
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
