Description
- Oversee operations and staff performance in designated area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage budgets and drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Willing to assigned at the restaurant
- 20-35 YRS OLD
- Assignment Area: Sta. Rosa /SM Lipa / Baliwag / Laoag
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, creative problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, and able to motivate others.
