Description

  • Managing and responding to emails, chats, and other business communications.
  • Assisting in the management of company data and documents digitally.
  • Scheduling, preparing reports, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Inputting and updating information in the company system.
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams for administrative purposes.
  • Managing social media or internal communication platforms as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school, diploma (D3), or bachelor's degree (S1) depending on company needs.
  • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
  • Have stable internet access and working device (laptop/PC).
  • Preferred experience in administration or customer service (not mandatory).
