The Product Solutions Engineer will be responsible for configuration, engineering, and building the data architecture of a multi-component, multi-integrated supply chain system for the modernization. Designs scalable and sustainable technical and functional solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Provides expert guidance on process engineering, architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices. Provides functional and technical support for supply chain system users post-implementation. Troubleshoots issues, coordinates with internal/external teams, and maintains system stability and performance.

Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output:

1. Define end-to-end solution architecture using the procurement system.

2. Ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.

3. Provide technical and functional guidance to implementation teams.

4. Define data model, workflows, and integration architecture.

5. Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations in Ivalua.

6. Work on API integrations with external systems (ERP, finance, etc.).

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

8. Support data migrations and interface development.

9. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

10. Configure and customize supply chain system modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, etc.).

11. Support end-to-end implementation and deployment.

12. Conduct workshops, UAT, and training sessions.

13. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

14. Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations in Ivalua.

15. Work on API integrations with external systems (ERP, finance, etc.).

16. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

17. Support data migrations and interface development.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in implementing supply chain systems, technology and human resources, ERP systems with AI capabilities.
• At least 3-5 professional experiences in engineering and product development managing product releases
• Deep knowledge of procurement system modules and customization capabilities.
• Strong background in procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or supply chain, procurement and ERP projects.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
• Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Expertise in computer programming
• Team management skills
• Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools such as ElectricFlow, Puppet Enterprise, Buildmaster, and Visual Studio Release Management.
• Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
• Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
• Fluent working and writing knowledge of English.
