Job Description
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintains records of financial transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts. Ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Processing payments
- Conducting daily banking activities
- Producing various financial reports
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
- Balances general ledger by preparing trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Tax compliance (Withholding Tax, VAT, ITR, Alphalist
- Monthly FS
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with auditing standards and regulatory changes.
- Provide recommendations for risk management and operational efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level:
- Less than 1 year of relevant auditing experience.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, thorough knowledge of tax laws, and experience with various types of audits (internal, external, financial).
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication abilities.
