職位職責（有web3經驗者優先考慮）
1. 參與軟體產品的需求分析，負責測試計劃、測試用例的設計及相應的自動化測試、性能測試等測試工作的執行，落實測試規範流程；
2. 與其他測試人員、開發人員、產品經理、項目管理人員溝通和協作，共同完成項目交付；
3. 通過對業務需求的分析，利用工具開發解決測試過程中人力難以完成的測試任務，提高測試效率；
4. 完善質量流程，控制質量風險，有效保證交付項目的產品質量，總結產品質量問題，提出質量迭代和改進計劃。
