職務内容（Web3の経験がある方を優先します）
1. ソフトウェア製品の要件分析に参加し、テスト計画、テストケースの設計およびそれに伴う自動化テスト、性能テストなどのテスト業務の実行を担当し、テスト規範プロセスを実施します。
2. 他のテスト担当者、開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、プロジェクトマネージャーとコミュニケーションをとり、協力してプロジェクトの納品を完了します。
3. ビジネス要件の分析を通じて、テストプロセスで人力で行うのが難しいテストタスクをツール開発で解決し、テスト効率を向上させます。
4. 品質プロセスを改善し、品質リスクを管理し、プロジェクト納品の製品品質を効果的に保証し、製品品質問題を総括し、品質の改善、改良計画を提案します。
