Summary of the Role:

The Workflow Automation & AI Specialist is primarily responsible for designing, testing, iterating and delivering AI-automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will collaborate and iterate closely with Key Internal Stakeholders to define deliverables, timelines, ensuring every high-leverage AI integration directly supports company objectives.

Collaboration will typically take place over Slack and Zoom video meetings with cameras on and occasional screen sharing when needed.

Once the goals are set, you will take ownership of executing the work and will be responsible for delivering results within the agreed-upon parameters and timelines. Knowledge transfer, transparency and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders will be a critical part of your work to ensure we can collaborate effectively with you and participate seamlessly as

needed.

Compensation:

● Pay Rate: 400 - 450 PHP Per Hour

● No Benefits: This is an independent contractor role; therefore, no additional benefits are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

● AI Automated Workflow Development:

○ Collaboration: Collaborate directly with Key Internal Stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI solutions can streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

○ Workflow Development & Integration: Design, test, and iterate on AI-automated workflows that integrate evolving AI solutions with relevant internal systems, resources, tools, and data sources—such as Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets—using n8n, webhooks, API calls, and other integration methods to streamline operations and enable scalable

automation.

○ Prompt Engineering: Develop, deliver, and implement robust prompting assets—such as templates and multi-step prompt chains—based on best practices and leveraging emerging AI tools (e.g., OpenAI Assistants) to optimize specific operational inefficiencies.

● Collaborative Documentation Development: Develop various forms of documentation including SOPs, video demonstrations, tutorials, playbooks and guidelines in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure comprehensive knowledge capture and accessibility to facilitate seamless hand‐offs so stakeholders can utilize your deliverables and scale your work.

Expectations:

● Stakeholder-Facing Professionalism: Conduct all stakeholder video meetings with business-appropriate attire in a quiet, well-lit, well-organized, and distraction-free workspace.

● Timesheet & Invoicing: Maintain and submit an accurate timesheet on days worked that itemizes tasks, projects, and billable hours to ensure transparency and alignment with your invoicing.

● High Communication Standards: Provide timely updates and respond to messages promptly. Communicate clearly with attention to grammar, spelling, and detail, ensuring timely follow-ups. Ask clarifying questions to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of expectations.

Requirements:

● MANDATORY:

○ Experience/Background:

■ 1+ year - AI Solutions: Designing and deploying prompt-driven AI or LLM solutions that solve real business problems.

■ Automation Platforms:

● 1+ year - n8n: Minimum 1 year of hands-on ownership (workflows, REST/GraphQL API calls, webhooks).

● 2+ years - Other no/low-code tools: Up to 2 additional years, across automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, UiPath) including n8n for a combined 3+ years of automation experience.

● Verification: You’ll need to submit references or sample project artifacts to demonstrate your n8n platform work.

■ Process Documentation: Demonstrated ability to create SOPs, process maps, and video demos for non-technical collaborators. Proof of work will be required for verification.

○ Tools/Skills:

■ Work-Management Platform: Proficient in ClickUp or a comparable tool (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).

○ Computer Performance: A reliable workstation or laptop with at least 16 GB RAM, and a quad-core (or better) CPU plus a stable ≥50 Mbps internet connection—capable of running local AI workflows smoothly while on Zoom calls with screen sharing enabled.

○ Recording: Must be capable of recording yourself and others, with their consent, for various business purposes including meetings, demonstrations, instructions, and briefings, using video and audio tools. Your acceptance of this position implies your consent to these recording requirements.
