  • Performing repair and maintenance on vehicles.
  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts on vehicles.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical or vocational training (TESDA) in automotive repair preferred.
  • Proven experience as an auto mechanic, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • NCII certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, computerized systems, and repair manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written with team members and customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
