- Required knowledge of automotive mechanical principles, automotive circuits, automobile interior assembly, going to the dashboard, steering wheel and other automotive interior parts
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and motivate production team members.
- Oversee production processes, manage staff schedules, ensure quality control, and optimize efficiency.
- Implement and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare production reports for management review.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in production management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in production planning software.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a manufacturing facility; may require shifts and overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
