Does

  • Lead a team who should be comfortable and skilled in negative scenario assessment that will aid the readiness launch of any product or enhancements.
  • Product readiness checks thoroughly with the team to ensure acceptance of processes and handling.
  • Process gap analysis, determination and mapping is an output of the team lead by this head.
  • Focuses on launching & operationalizing processes for scale; leading internal and external customers through change management.
  • Ensures that product launched remains compliant with policies and regulations by constantly conducting market scans.
  • In collaboration with the Product Integration and Change Manager,, tracks the whole Project and ensures completeness of inputs.
  • Ensure milestones are met or escalated as necessary.


Delivers

  • Regularly prepares summary of products’ performance and informs management of focus areas, dependencies, help needed, etc.
  • Clear tracker on customer issues and sentiments with action plans and timelines.
  • Conduct business funnel reviews and drill downs to understand product & operational stability or efficiency.
  • Heatmap on product and process gaps to guide priority builds and documentation.
  • Process and policies are documented based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
  • Change Management Plans are in place for every launch
  • Proper cascade and training plans are aligned with customer support & governance
  • Project Tracker that is updated and accurate
  • Product Readiness confirmation and acceptance of cross-functional teams – L2 Support, CXM, etc.
  • Negative scenario mapping and handling all in place before any launch.
  • Improved NPS and CSAT, Growth in Revenues & Adoption.


Displays

  • Strong understanding of the banking industry with payments systems, processes, policies and regulations is preferred.
  • Background in Product & Project Management is preferred.
  • Must be strong in process analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile Method is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, cross-functional management, analytical and presentation skills.
