Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for on-chain development and maintenance of a decentralized derivatives trading platform, participating in the architectural design and technical implementation of core blockchain functionalities.
2. Optimize on-chain interaction performance, ensuring smart contracts are invoked and interact efficiently and accurately.
3. Focus on gas optimization to enhance smart contract performance.
4. Conduct testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities.
5. Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver functionalities.
6. Continuously stay abreast of the latest blockchain technologies, smart contract security practices, and DeFi trends, integrating cutting-edge solutions into existing operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer science.
2. Minimum of 3 years of blockchain development experience, proficient in Solidity, familiar with contract development and testing frameworks such as Hardhat/Foundry, and experienced with the OpenZeppelin library.
3. Experience in DeFi project development and understanding of derivatives trading mechanisms.
4. Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities and best practices for blockchain security and auditing.
5. Experience in smart contract performance optimization.
6. Excellent system analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
7. Strong remote communication and collaboration skills, proven remote work success, self-driven with a high degree of responsibility and efficient time management.
8. Proficient in English reading and writing, able to read technical documentation and communicate technically in English without barriers.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with trading systems.
2. Rust development experience.
3. Experience with cross-chain, Layer 2, or oracle-related development.
4. Active contributor to the open-source community or author of relevant technical blogs and presentations.
