负责使用 Java/Golang 开发高效的后端服务，与团队共同设计、
开发和维护可扩展的后端系统架构，确保代码质量，
包括清晰的代码编写和单元测试执行，
部署并监控后端服务性能，优化系统以应对用户规模增长，
并与前端团队紧密协作，确保 API 设计符合前端需求。
5年以上Java开发经验，熟悉微服务、容器化（Docker、Kubernetes），
数据库设计与操作（SQL、NoSQL），
具备解决问题能力和计算机科学基础。优先考虑Golang 1年以上经验者，
电商系统开发经验者，以及了解Web3或Solana智能合约开发经验者。
