Qualifications:

• Java Development Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Banking or Insurance Software Development: Strong background in banking or insurance software development is required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Technical Expertise:
• Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
• Proficient in SQL and database optimization techniques.
• Experience with performance testing and security best practices is a plus.
