Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory.
- Train new staff on beverage preparation and customer interaction.
- Handle cash register and manage transactions.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, upselling and customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve long hours on feet, and working weekends or holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about coffee culture.
