Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global marketing, technical, operations, and community teams to define and execute the company’s international business expansion strategy.
- Lead strategic partnership negotiations and implementation across the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public blockchains, leading protocols, investment firms, media outlets, and KOLs), driving new use cases and revenue streams.
- Act as the company’s international representative, frequently attending global industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build and maintain high-value relationships and elevate the brand’s global presence.
- Drive localized market development in key regions by identifying and engaging local core resources and partners to ensure successful business deployment.
Basic Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency with a neutral accent, capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations, public speaking, and cross-cultural team collaboration without barriers.
- Deep familiarity with Western business etiquette and communication styles, exhibiting a confident, open, and efficient “international” communication persona that quickly establishes trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.
Professional Competencies
- Profound understanding of and passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to derive strategic insights from industry trends.
- Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and resource-integration skills, with a minimum of two years’ experience in international business development or ecosystem partnerships.
- Extensive experience representing an organization at international events and confidently engaging in professional exchanges on the global stage.
Additional Highly Preferred Qualifications
- A broad and deep network of core decision-makers across global public blockchains, investment institutions, and project teams.
- Proven track record of leading and securing successful collaborations with top-tier international public blockchains or ecosystem projects.
- Experience in investment project analysis or access to premium investment channels.
- Based overseas in a major Web3 hub (e.g., Europe, North America, Singapore) or able to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
