Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and executing the company's business development strategy, including but not limited to the identification, assessment, and negotiation of partners.

2. Manage and lead the BD and KA teams, ensuring that team members achieve established business objectives.

3. Establish and maintain good relationships with potential partners, including exchanges, blockchain projects, marketing agencies, etc.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust business development strategies in a timely manner.

5. Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and technical teams) to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects.

6. Prepare and submit detailed business development reports and market analysis reports.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in business development, with a preference for experience in the fintech or digital currency sectors.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

3. In-depth knowledge and passion for the blockchain and digital currency industry.

4. Strong team management and leadership abilities, capable of motivating team members to achieve high-quality results.

5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately interpret market information.

6. Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and the ability to solve complex problems.

7. Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
