Job Description:

Manage and maintain existing KOL channels to promote stable growth;

Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain good collaborative relationships;

Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of channel promotion activities, including both online and offline events;

Coordinate internal team resources to support the smooth operation of channels.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preference for majors in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;

More than 2 years of experience in sales channel operations or market promotion, preferably with experience in the internet/e-commerce industry;

Excellent communication skills and team spirit, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources to drive project progress;

Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, proficient in using Excel functions and other tools;
