Backend Development (Web3 Trading System)

Employment Type: #Full-time #Remote

Compensation: 6000 - 12000 U / month + Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize the contract trading system, performing partial system refactoring when necessary to accommodate high-concurrency production trading scenarios.

2. Collaborate with the business development team to define technical solutions for blockchain-related services.

3. Optimize weak points in the existing architecture to address potential performance bottlenecks and system failures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. More than 5 years of backend development experience.

3. At least 1 year of technical experience in centralized exchanges.

4. In-depth understanding of exchange technology stacks, including order matching engines, low-latency communications, and financial-grade consistency solutions.

5. Experience developing large-scale distributed high-concurrency systems, with familiarity in high availability, disaster recovery, rate limiting, and graceful degradation strategies.

6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and high stress tolerance.
